The OGC is an international network of academics from various disciplines,

analysts and informants from diverse backgrounds and occupations,

observing and studying international crime.

It aims to offer professionals and the general public

with an independent view, an overview of the crime

to better understand and combat them.

Today, it is a network under construction and a work in progress.

It is fully published in three languages, French, English and Spanish and will include versions in other languages,

but will send back for part of their contents to the three working languages.
